Shipping Policy
We exclusively ship through registered courier companies, catering to orders within India. Typically, orders are processed within 24-72 hours and delivered within 5-8 business days. Please note that standard deliveries do not occur on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
Shipping Charges: The cost of shipping is contingent upon the weight of the package, thereby varying accordingly.
Restricted Materials: In compliance with international shipping regulations, certain items are restricted from shipment. These include candles, liquid substances, electronic devices, inflammable items, and plants. It is advised to refrain from including such materials in international shipments to ensure compliance and smooth processing.
Shipping Timelines: For express delivery in metro & tier 1 cities, expect your order within 2-4 working days. For delivery across PAN India, the timeframe is 5-9 working days. If you're ordering internationally, expect your package to arrive in 10-12 working days. In any case, we'll get your order to you as soon as possible!
International Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying custom duties. Shipments under $800 in the USA don't have any duty charges. Additionally, any applicable fees incurred will be assumed and paid by the customer.
Shipping Details: All orders originate from our warehouse in Jaipur, India, and are shipped to the address provided during checkout.
Delivery Attempts: Our delivery partners make two attempts to deliver the package. In case of non-availability, the package is returned to us. Ensure an accurate shipping address, including the zip code and mobile number, for efficient delivery.
Payment Methods: Payment is required before shipment, and we offer various modes of payment. The Knot Company.in accepts payments via net banking, credit card, and debit card.
