Returns & Refund Policy

Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. If the product is not damaged but the customer still chooses to return it, the shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Rs. 1000 - Rs. 2000 Rs. 400
Rs. 2000 - Rs. 3000 Rs. 500
Rs. 3000 & Above Rs. 750

 

Returns must be initiated within 2 days of delivery.

Cancellations;

  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
  • For any personalized order, cancellations are not possible.
  • In case of prepaid order if you request for the cancellation before we ship your gift , 5% will be deducted from the order amount as payment gateway fees.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and take appropriate steps to resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized products (e.g., special orders, engraved or monogrammed items)

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-7 days for your bank or credit card provider to complete the refund process.
